Exceptions \u2013 No Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">You lose the right of withdrawal in the following cases (as permitted under law):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Digital content<\/strong> (e.g., downloads, activations, online access, in-app purchases) where performance has begun <strong>with your prior express consent<\/strong> and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the content is supplied \/ made available (very common for instant digital products).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Services fully performed <strong>with your prior express consent<\/strong> and acknowledgment that performance ends your withdrawal right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Supply of goods\/services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages where price was agreed at conclusion but delivery can only take place after 30 days and actual value depends on fluctuations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Other statutory exceptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">If your purchase falls into one of these categories, we will clearly inform you before completing the order that no withdrawal right applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">4. Effects of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">If you validly withdraw:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">We refund <strong>all payments<\/strong> received from you (delivery costs are not refunded) without undue delay and <strong>no later than 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Refund uses the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">For goods: you must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we offered to collect them or failed to inform you of this cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">For digital content\/services already accessed, withdrawal may not be possible if you consented to immediate performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">5. Refunds for Faulty \/ Non-conforming Products (Legal Guarantee)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">All products (including digital content and services) must conform to the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">Under Icelandic\/EU law you have a <strong>minimum 2-year legal guarantee<\/strong> from delivery\/conclusion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">If faulty\/not as described\/not working as expected \u2192 primary remedies: repair or replacement (free, within reasonable time, without significant inconvenience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">If repair\/replacement impossible or disproportionate \u2192 price reduction or full refund (rescission of contract).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">For digital content\/services, specific rules apply (e.g., bringing into conformity, price reduction, or termination with refund of proportionate amount).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">Contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@hugspil.is\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@hugspil.is<\/a> with proof of purchase and description of the issue.
